The SportsLab Gift Voucher is the perfect gift when you don’t know what to buy! The voucher is electronic so you can email it to family and friends, or print it out to give to them personally.

The SportsLab Gift Voucher is available in £10, £20, £50, £100 and product specific denominations and enables you to give a gift when you don’t know what to buy. Gift Vouchers are issued via email using an electronic voucher which can then be redeemed against SportsLab services.

Product 1 - VO2max/peak Test + Lactate Threshold (Run or Cycle) £150

Product 2 - Body Composition £30

Multiple vouchers can be purchased and redeemed against a single or across multiple visits. Product specific vouchers are redemable against that product only, though they may be transferred at the discretion of SportsLab staff.

SportsLab Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, though this may be extended at the descretion of SportsLab staff.

Wattbike Training - (11 sessions: Oct - Dec 17)

Description

SportsLab in conjuction with BlackCat Cycle Coaching are again delivering evening cycle training sessions utilising the internationally renowned Wattbike training system.

Utilising the latest in Wattbike technology weekly training sessions will be prescribed specifically designed to increase power output for cyclists and triathletes. Advice will be given on specific cycle training which will complement the sessions, as well as general advice on strength and conditioning training for cyclists.

The sessions are being sold as 11 week training blocks costing £71.50. Sessions will run at 6:30pm and 7:45pm on both Tuesdays and Thursdays (3rd Oct - 12th Dec and 5th Oct - 14th Dec respectively), lasting approximately 1 hour and will take place at the SportsLab facility, Canterbury Christ Church University (CT1 1QU). Tuesday sessions differ from those run on a Thursday and are designed to compliment each other and so clients are welcome to book a block for both nights if they wish.

Thanks to the new Wattbike pedal design, clients need only bring their own pedals if they use pedals other than SPD or Look Keo/Keo2.

Wattbike Training Plan

SportsLab in conjuction with BlackCat Cycle Coaching have developed a training plan to accompany the ever popular Wattbike Training Sessions. The plan has been devised to integrate the Wattbike Training Sessions in to a week-by-week plan that will aim to progress your training through the winter so that you are raring to go at the start of the season.

The training plan is available for either each block individually or for both blocks at a discount. This plan could be used without signing up for the Wattbike Training Sessions, however it will be best suited to those who have signed up.

Training plans will be sent out at least a week prior to the start of the Wattbike Training Sessions unless the plan was purchased after this date.
