SportsLab in conjuction with BlackCat Cycle Coaching have developed a training plan to accompany the ever popular Wattbike Training Sessions. The plan has been devised to integrate the Wattbike Training Sessions in to a week-by-week plan that will aim to progress your training through the winter so that you are raring to go at the start of the season.

The training plan is available for either each block individually or for both blocks at a discount. This plan could be used without signing up for the Wattbike Training Sessions, however it will be best suited to those who have signed up.

Training plans will be sent out at least a week prior to the start of the Wattbike Training Sessions unless the plan was purchased after this date.
