At Christ Church University we are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is used to help us deliver our services to you i.e. to arrange your attendance at your ceremony. Your details will be shared with our preferred gown supplier Ede & Ravenscroft to allow necessary arrangements for the hire of your gown. Your details are retained for 2 years.
