Detailed Description

You need a Student ID Card for:

• Borrowing books from the library.
• Printing, copying, or scanning on any of the multi-functional devices (MFDs) available on campus.
• Accessing restricted areas on the Canterbury campus, such as computing labs and accommodation.
• Getting into 'access-controlled' buildings on both Canterbury and Medway campuses.
• Paying (cashless) for items at campus catering outlets and at the University Bookshop.
• Receiving discounts on purchases at various high street stores.
• Getting free entry to Canterbury Cathedral.

Therefore, if you have lost or broken your Student ID Card, please order a replacement. If your card has been stolen and you have valid crime reference number, you’ll be entitled to a free replacement, please contact the Student Zone for support on this.
