Description
You may use this option to purchase a replacement degree certificate if you have lost your original or your original has been destroyed. If your certificate has become damaged and you wish to request a replacement you must destroy the damaged copy (or return this to the University) to ensure there is only one copy of your certificate in circulation at any one time.
You may purchase a replacement certificate through this online shop at a cost of £40 which includes the cost of first class Royal Mail postage.
Please note that if you studied at the University prior to 1992 you will need to contact the Student Zone as you will need to apply to a different institution.
If you studied with us and were awarded on or after the 7th July 2025 you can access your certificate through the Degree Certificate Portal here https://mycertificate.canterbury.ac.uk/
For students awarded from 2012 onwards we aim to produce replacements within 1 month of payment
For students awarded between 2001-2011 we aim to produce replacements within 2 months of payment
For students awarded prior to 2000 we aim to produce replacements within 3 months of payment
Should it not be possible to produce a replacement for you we will refund all payments.
Should you wish to order replacement certificates for more than one course studied with the University please complete separate forms for each certificate for each course.
