You may use this option to purchase a replacement or additional printed hard copies of your academic transcript.
You may purchase a transcript through this online shop at a cost of £10 per transcript which includes the cost of first-class royal mail postage.

If you studied with us and were awarded during or after the spring of 2023 you can access your digital HEAR via Gradintelligence’s Higher Education Achievement Report services. This means you can access your HEAR anytime, and share it online with prospective employers and education providers, so you never need to order a duplicate or replacement. For students awarded from 2012 onwards we aim to produce replacements or duplicates within 1 month of payment

For students awarded between 2001-2011 we aim to produce replacements or duplicates within 2 months of payment

For students awarded prior to 2000 we aim to produce replacements or duplicates within 3 months of payment

Should it not be possible to produce a replacement for you we will refund all payments.

Should you wish to order replacement or duplicate transcripts for more than one course studied with the University please complete separate forms for each transcript for each separate course.

If you wish to arrange alternative postage or collection other than Royal Mail first class please contact the team directly prior to purchasing.
